Our Purpose
To Go Further, Together
The K12 Future Collaborative was developed to be a community where instructional leaders looking to better support their district could explore ideas and share experiences in a safe environment.
Think of us as your group of trusted, local peers taken up a few levels.
From tackling ambitious initiatives to discussing new research and trends, your regional counterparts have the experience and knowledge to provide unique insights and round out a perspective that will inspire confidence in your most important decisions.

Our Focus
Intentional Membership Criteria for Impactful Experiences
We are aiming to produce high quality interactions for all of our members at all times. In order to be most effective, all candidates must meet 3 criteria:

-
Position of K12 Deputy / Asst. Superintendent, Chief Academic Officer, or highest ranking Instructional or Student Services Leader in the central office
-
District Enrollment Size of 3,000 - 40,000 Students
-
District located in the Midwest (other regions coming soon)

By hyper focusing on a narrow group of leaders, our members will have the best opportunity to take away relevant learnings from peers and experts that are supporting districts managing similar challenges.

Our Mission
To support K12 District Leaders by fostering open dialogues that facilitate genuine professional growth and provide avenues for sharing impactful experiences that come from comparable environments.
