The K12 Future Collaborative is a community of district leaders in the Midwest who oversee Teaching & Learning, Curriculum & Instruction, or Student Services. Our members hold CAO, Assistant Superintendent, or Executive Director roles and share a common belief: the fastest path to effective leadership is learning from peers who've already navigated similar challenges.

We bring together leaders from neighboring states to share battle-tested strategies, access expert guidance, and build trusted relationships that accelerate progress on their most pressing priorities. Through our private member forum, curated peer connections, in-person summits, virtual roundtables, and specialized support services, members move faster and smarter on the initiatives that matter most to their students and staff.
