Bi-Annual In-Person Summits & Virtual Roundtables

Twice a year, we bring our community together for focused, distraction-free in-person learning and collaboration. These summits feature thought-leading guest speakers, structured peer conversations, and deep dives into the challenges shaping K-12 education. Members leave with renewed energy, actionable strategies, and stronger relationships with peers they can call on long after the event ends.
Between summits, we convene virtual roundtables at members' request. We organize the conversation so you can dive into urgent issues or invite team members who won't be in attendance at in-person events. It's the same collaborative exploration, adapted to your schedule and needs.

The K12 Future Collaborative operates on an invitation-only basis. Our goal is building the strongest possible community with leaders who believe in our values and will be there for their peers as much as their peers will be there for them.
Currently, we are welcoming district leaders supporting Teaching & Learning, Curriculum & Instruction or Student Services in a CAO, Deputy / Assistant Superintendent, or Executive Director capacity in the Midwest (IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, & WI).
