About the event

K12 Future Collaborative: Fall Summit '26

Guest Leader Scholarship Application (Please read details below before completing.)

This fall, join K12 district leaders from across the Midwest for a three day summit focused on two things: leading beyond the day to day, and seeing innovative, future-focused district programming in action.

As districts navigate competing demands, this summit is built to pull you out of the tactical work and back into the visionary work that shapes your district's future. You'll engage in a leader focused general session, go inside innovative districts to see future-focused programming working on the ground, and dive into peer conversations with leaders tackling the same challenges you are. Walk away with fresh approaches to explore, practical ideas to adapt, and the connections that make the work feel less lonely.

Over the three days, you can expect:

  • A general session built around visionary leadership and getting beyond the day to day

  • An immersive district visit and a peer district showcase, both spotlighting innovative, future-focused programming, including Career and Technical Education

  • Roundtable conversations with job-alike peers

  • Plenty of time to connect, over good food, informal conversation, and social and networking opportunities both evenings, including our signature night at TopGolf Cleveland on Thursday

  • A space that's energizing, practical, and grounded in the real work of district leadership

Complete Fall Summit '26 - Schedule (coming soon)

We'll get started at noon ET on Wednesday, October 21, and head straight into the district visit that afternoon.

Wednesday Afternoon: District Visit

We'll kick things off with a visit inside an innovative Northeast Ohio district for a firsthand look at how they're transforming the student experience through innovative, future-focused programming. District and program details coming soon.

General Session Leader

More to come. We're finalizing a speaker to lead our general session on visionary leadership and will share the details soon.

Roundtables: Share Your Work, Lead the Conversation

Some of the most valuable time we spend together happens around the table with your peers. Our roundtables are your chance to share the work you're leading in your own district, or to lead a conversation about a challenge you're working through right now, alongside job-alike leaders who understand the role. Come ready to both give and gain, whether you're showcasing something that's working or thinking out loud about something that isn't quite there yet.

Friday: Peer District Presentation

We'll wrap up with a session led by a peer district sharing how they're driving innovation across their system. District and session details coming soon.
